I have 1 room available for a female indian student to rent
It is a 2 minute walk to Mount Pleasant GO station and brampton bus station so easy access to transportation for you to get to school
The room will be shared with the other female student living in it. Her roommate is moving so we require 1 more student to take her place
Included in the rent is: furnishings, laundry and unlimited internet
We are a mature punjabi couple with no children and 3 female students living with us
$375 a month for rent, must be paid on the 1st day of every month, no exceptions

Canada has all the 4 seasons. Get pretty warm in summer, but winters can be brutal depending on where you live. BC winters are moderate (almost like Punjab with hardly any snow), but Alberta, Saskatchewan, Quebec, Manitoba and sometimes Ontario can get really really cold. So make sure you to bring big winter jackets with you. Bring clothes for all 4 seasons.September 7, 2019 at 2:11 am in reply to: Where can I get a credit card as an International student? #6613
All the big 5 banks (RBC, TD, Scotiabank, BMO & CIBC) have student packages, that generally are free for a few months at least (i know TD’s student account is free) and within the package, there is a student credit card that you can get. It starts small, at around $500 (great way to build credit), but as you use it and pay it on time each month, your credit gets better and you may get higher limit soon.
Remember to pay off your credit cards in full each month because the interest rates are really high.September 7, 2019 at 2:07 am in reply to: How much money should I bring to Canada with me as a student? #6612September 7, 2019 at 2:05 am in reply to: What are the important things to know in your FIRST month in Canada? #6610September 7, 2019 at 12:31 am in reply to: What is a good business directory in GTA to find Indian services? #6597
